The Carle Mobile Health Clinic brings affordable, non-urgent medical on a walk-in basis. Our 40-foot, wheelchair-friendly mobile medical clinic offers infants, children and adults full-service medical care to make sure families stay healthy. We provide: •Treatment of acute illness •Physicals, wellness care, and assessments •School and sports physicals and immunizations •Lab testing •Referrals and applications for social services •Chronic condition management and education Insurance and financial assistance from community resources are accepted and will be utilized if available, but Carle Mobile Health Services will see all patients regardless of their ability to pay.
