Join Villas of Holly Brook and Synergy HomeCare for a monthly gathering focused on support, education, and connection for individuals living with dementia, their loved ones, caregivers, advocates, and anyone interested in learning more about dementia care.
Each meeting includes:
✅ A different educational topic every month
✅ Opportunities to discuss challenges, share experiences, and exchange helpful tips
✅ A welcoming environment to connect with others who understand the journey
✅ Light refreshments provided while supplies last
Whether you’re a caregiver seeking support, a family member looking for resources, or a community member wanting to learn more, you’re welcome to attend.
