STEP UP Mission: STEP UP Vermilion County exists to bring the community together, to identify and address current challenges facing the County, to empower growth and development, and to create positive outcomes in economic, educational, social, and spiritual arenas. STEP UP Purpose: Rallying – Coming together around causes and campaigns in our community. Relating – Networking with others to collaborate and connect. Resourcing – Working together to identify people and finances to address issues.
