Spots are limited and fill quickly, so sign up early to reserve your preferred event or sponsorship level. Once you’ve signed up, our team will reach out to confirm your sponsorship and let you know which month or opportunity you’ve been assigned.

Business & Networking Luncheon

Held monthly, our Business & Networking Luncheons bring together 50–60 area professionals for lunch, conversation, and connection. Each luncheon features a sponsoring business as the keynote presenter, offering a 20-minute presentation to showcase your organization, services, and expertise. 

A $500 sponsorship includes:

• Logo placement on all marketing and registration materials
• A display table and the opportunity to place materials on guest tables
• Lunch for two representatives from your business
• A post-event attendee contact list
• Optional door prize opportunity for added engagement

This event offers outstanding exposure to a diverse audience of business leaders and professionals, making it one of the most effective ways to promote your brand while building meaningful local connections.

Table Exhibitor

Our Table Exhibitor option at the Business & Networking Luncheon offers a great way to showcase your business to a captive audience. For $50, exhibitors receive lunch for two guests, a display table for materials or giveaways, and five minutes to address attendees following the keynote speaker.

Exhibitors are also asked to bring a door prize to help engage the audience. This opportunity is an affordable and effective way to promote your business, connect with other professionals, and build visibility within the community.

Professional Development Group

Our monthly Professional Development Group connects professionals who are eager to grow their leadership skills, expand their network, and advance their careers. Each session features a keynote speaker covering a relevant topic in leadership, communication, or career growth. With an average attendance of 35 and growing, this program continues to gain momentum as a cornerstone of professional engagement in our community.

A $2,500 annual sponsorship secures exclusive recognition for the entire program. Sponsor receives:

• Logo placement on all Professional Development Group marketing, registrations, and event materials
• Recognition at each monthly session throughout the year
• The opportunity to support career development and leadership growth in Vermilion County

This sponsorship offers lasting visibility and aligns your business with the advancement of local professionals and emerging leaders.

Coffee Talk

Held monthly on the second Tuesday from 9:00–10:30 AM, Coffee Talk is our fastest-growing networking event. This casual morning meetup brings members together for coffee, conversation, and connection in a relaxed setting.

Sponsors host the event at their business, providing coffee and light refreshments (donuts, pastries, etc.) and a $100 sponsorship fee. In return, sponsors receive logo placement on all marketing and registration materials and the opportunity to showcase their business while welcoming members through their doors.

It’s a simple, affordable, and highly effective way to build relationships and connect with professionals across the community.

Business After Hours

Held quarterly from 4:00–6:00 PM, Business After Hours is a relaxed, social networking event that gives members the chance to connect and unwind after the workday. Each event is hosted by a member business, offering a fun and welcoming environment to showcase their space and services.

As the sponsor, you’ll host the event at your location and provide appetizers and drinks for guests. In return, you’ll receive logo placement on all marketing and registration materials and the opportunity to welcome members into your business.

It’s an easy, enjoyable way to highlight your business, meet fellow professionals, and build lasting relationships in a casual, after-hours setting.

Her Advantage 

Her Advantage is our newest quarterly initiative celebrating and empowering women in business. Each event features a keynote speaker covering topics relevant to today’s professional women — from health and wellness to leadership, balance, and financial empowerment.

A $2,500 one-time sponsorship secures exclusive recognition for the entire program, including:

• Logo placement on all Her Advantage marketing, registrations, and event materials
• Recognition at each quarterly event throughout the year
• The opportunity to align your business with a powerful and inspiring platform for professional women

This sponsorship highlights your commitment to supporting women in business while connecting your brand to meaningful conversations and community impact.

 Annual Golf Outing Sponsorships

Our annual Golf Outing is one of Vermilion Advantage’s most popular and well-attended events, bringing together members for a day of fun, networking, and friendly competition on the course. Sponsorship offers excellent visibility and the chance to connect with participants throughout the event.

Title Sponsor – $5,000 (1 available)

The premier sponsorship opportunity for our annual outing. Includes:

• Logo placement on all event marketing and material along with radio advertising
• Exclusive setup on Hole 1 for direct engagement with golfers
